when our search efforts identify an underperforming asset that fits our criteria in a select market where our research indicates broad economic health.

We do the work

of underwriting the property, developing a business plan for it, writing the offer, finding financing with favorable terms, performing all due diligence, and procuring the asset.

Our Investors Join Us

and we take ownership of the asset together. The terms of that partnership are laid out in a Private Placement Memorandum (PPM) that all investors will review before subscribing. Investors are given access to our Investor Portal, which makes the investment process easy. The portal also houses our regular and transparent reports.

We Manage, Report, and Distribute

We manage the asset and its operation. We collect rents. We execute the plan to unlock value. We send out regular reports to all investors. We send quarterly distributions of cash flow to our investors once they become available, and according to the terms of our partnership with investors. Upon exit (sale of the asset), investors will also receive their portion of any capital appreciation.

We strive to make investing with us easy. Using services like Docusign and our Investor Portal allows for a fully online investment experience without cutting any corners. Our investors can simply login to their account to view or download any of our reports and / or various documents that are relevant to a particular investment, such as our Private Placement Memorandum and Subscription Agreement.
